I have been trying to get in contact with someone for a week now and regarding my account when I finally did reach someone at the branch at Rhode Island Row she was extremely nasty and tried to say that I need to use debit not credit. When I explain to her I know how to use my card and I know which account I have. Then try to say that I need to tell the merchant that it's debit not credit. The worst banking experience I've ever had. Almost 1 month in and I haven't been able to use my account once. The teller at this bank, Jose, will lie to you to avoid doing his job and you will end up on the phone with customer service for weeks with no resolution. Please just go somewhere else
By far the worst customer service, so rude and unhelpful.
Do you hate productivity? Do you enjoy staff who don’t know the first thing about banking? If you like waiting and then getting nothing done then come to this useless branch . Useless uselessly useless
