Nicholas was very helpful in getting some paperwork taken care of for me
I walk in. No sign of any help very young white banker doesn’t look up from his computer. I stand there. I ask eventually can you help me? He says he has to finish his project. Complete absence of Customer awareness horrible. Zero on a 10 scale I leave
