I am now filing a lawsuit with Citi bank. I put money in there earlier today, and was ABLE TO LOG IN. A few hours later was locked out of my account and told it was being closed. Was not notified about it, until I CALLED!! Now they are holding my money for 60 DAYS!!!! This is beyond ridiculous, I will be reporting Citi to the FTC, as this is beyond unacceptable.
Hugh helped me with an account and credit card change for my name. He was incredibly nice and helpful. One of the best branch managers I’ve worked with. Thank you.
Do not come here customer service is terrible. The bank manager has the worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I Was trying to cash a check, the lady who was helping me already cash this check for me plenty of times. Then she wrote all over the back of the check and then told me I couldn’t cash it. After going there multiple times to cash the same check from the same company.
