I had a terrible experience all because of the bank manager Hugh Anderson. He refused to give me a certified check and told me I need to bring paper documentation to prove the legitimacy of my funds. I had proper verification and this was not an abnormal transaction. He was extremely rude and I will be filing a formal complaint with citibank. Avoid this branch.

Mr Hugh Anderson is the best Citibank employee . I have been Citibank customer for 15 years . I had an issue with my account being blocked by Citibank fraude department . Reason :25 k Citibank personal loan transfer into Coinbase for business deadline. Mr. Anderson worked hard to remove hold & block on my account. He goes way out of his way to help customers. I’ve been a client here for a long time, and have aways been happy with the management of my account. Today I came to activate new services, and, as usual, everything worked fine. Sarafina was very nice and effective, as well as the branch manager, she was also very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, and also Ms Davis was very attentive and supportive when necessary. Keep up the good work!
