If there was ever an example of utter incompetence from top to bottom, Citibank would be it.
You can see numerous computer screens with private information on them from the sidewalk.
The manager at this branch helped me and my older father, with a banking challenge that other banks could not help with. They were respectful and took their time with us, which was much appreciated.
Management and Staff are unprofessional and uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. Has always bank employees feel so entitled and so scared for their security with their 20-something cameras aiming at you with their guards but your information is on their monitor a big 23-in flashing out to the city sidewalk so anybody can walk by and read your private information but they're worried about their security their safety they don't care about yours only theirs then to call the police to come har... read more
