Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I had been a Citi customer for many years, and they abruptly closed three of my accounts (one savings and two credit cards) along with my wife’s account — all without any explanation. When I reached out, they simply said it wasn’t their problem and refused to help in any way. No reason, no accountability. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Citi at all costs.
