Banking at CITI is pure frustration. There's always the threat of fees, the requirements keep changing, CITI online is obnoxious, and there is no interest on the money you deposit. On a positive note, a couple of the staff who work at this branch have been pretty awesome and work hard to mitigate the problems customers face from this Texas-based bank. Overall though, CITI is not just worth it.
My mom and I waited an hours worth of “five minutes,” to have the agent tell my mom to make an appointment for tomorrow. 10/10/2024 My mom went to the Stonestown branch again. She was able to open account but she doesn’t like the service.
The worst customer service every time my mom goes in asking for help she's met with "we don't do that". They seem to ignore their customers.
