I tried calling because i wanted to see if I can get a temporary debit card while i wait for my new one to arrive but they didn't pick up. I got transferred to customer service and Even they tried to call but no answer. I'm calling ahead because last week i went to Three different branches and they all told me they couldn't I don't want to waste my time going there and waiting only to find out you can't. And yes i said last week, I've been waiting for my debit card for two weeks now.

Very nice tellers insured that all my questions was answered and followed up with a call I appreciate this location a lot I can always count on them.

This branch needs to retrain its whole staff. Customer service and lack of knowledge on their own policies is what’s going to bring them down. I have already contacted corporate so I get my apology from the women who work here. It’s 2024 it’s supposed to be women here for women not being disrespected because you think less of me and that’s what’s upset me the most.
