I am writing to formally file a complaint against the Citibank branch located at 99 Post Street regarding unprofessional conduct and refusal of service. On Monday at approximately 4:30 PM, I arrived at the branch and found one customer ahead of me in line. A staff member with curly hair and glasses stated twice that they would be taking a 10-minute break after finishing with the current customer. The CEO makes about 35 million a year, yet they're too cheap to have a 2nd teller. 2nd in line and it took 30 minutes
Extremely Slow!!! You go to the bank on your lunch break you expect a bank would understand they shouldn't send their employees on lunch break.
There is one customer service person - it’s ridiculous!! You have to wait 30 mins just to get help
