This location has a faulty security alarm that goes off randomly multiple times every Saturday and Sunday. Complete nuisance
Im so glad I went to this branch to do some complicated banking activities. This staff was highly professional, from the tellers to the branch manager and everyone in between. They are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and attentive to details. They sorted out all that needed to be done and helped me step by step. I'm very impressed with how efficiently they resolved issues and helped me navigate the processes involved.
Professional and knowledgeable staff at this branch, very helpful and sincere. I have no reservation to discuss any financial needs or investment. Huge contrast to the bankers of the other banks around the block.
They tried to charge me for a transfer that I have been doing for years for free at other citibank locations. Find a different citibank to conduct business at.
Only opened this account due to limited student bank access on my college campus 20 years ago. Repeated poor customer service of last 5 years or so fees and security not up to par. Molly at Taraval branch extremely friendly and professional but not effective. Opened a secured cc and much confusion after being initially told was approved and mailed after weeks with no correspondence received and recently with simplified banking fees in place last straw to finally close everything with Citi.
