Most days there are people such as this individual inside the members access area to these ATMs. I suppose they could be card members but I observed them trying to get in one morning and it took longer than it would take if just using your card correctly. I’m also fairly certain bank customers aren’t afforded drug use and camping privileges inside the locked ATM area but perhaps that’s a new perk? They’ve been understaffed for so long that the last three times I’ve walked in to make our business deposit the (one) teller is either on lunch or a break. They staff and tellers are friendly but this is an infuriating situation for local businesses that just want basic bank services! Wells Fargo two blocks away never has fewer than 3 tellers. DO BETTER

Citi makes it extremely difficult, time-consuming, burdensome, and very expensive to withdraw money from deceased people's accounts. Don't die with money in a Citi account.
