Most days there are people such as this individual inside the members access area to these ATMs. I suppose they could be card members but I observed them trying to get in one morning and it took longer than it would take if just using your card correctly. I’m also fairly certain bank customers aren’t afforded drug use and camping privileges inside the locked ATM area but perhaps that’s a new perk?
