I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this branch, all thanks to the incredible Branch Manage Milena Bikosvili!! I needed to close an IRA account and originally went to a different Citibank branch. Due to Citibank's new system, that other branch was completely unable to help me.Thankfully, I came here and the manager stepped in. I don't know I don't bang there so I'm neutral because I just walked past there when I'm going to the other places and stuff I'm going for a while like by the church I got to get out of today so I'm not quite sure how their banking system is to me you might have to do that stuff up for yourself I've never been in there I just walked past it and Google give me some crazy stalkers right now
