There is a Teller that will keep cashing checks after you have already closed your accounts. They have cashed thousands of dollars and the account has gone into the negative. The manager was not helpful and made someone else help us. Nothing was resolved. This location is Trash
Place smells like piss
Pésima atención, es la 2da vez que vengo a tratar de abrir una cuenta. Cierran a las 5pm dice el horario, la primera vez vine a las 4pm y me dijeron que era muy tarde, que les tomaba 1 hora hacerlo, hoy vine a las 3:45... ambas veces la de atención al cliente estaba hablando por video en su computador, solo sonriendo. Que clase de servicio es ese, mi horario de trabajo es hasta las 4pm, pido salir 2 horas antes para poder abrir una cuenta y ambas veces la respuesta y atención por parte de la misma señora es la misma... Worse bank ever !!!! don't put your money in here. They are deceptive only if you Spanish you might have a nice experience. This place needs to be reported to the FCC can't never speak with a representative horrible. Would like if I couldn't give it a star. Bank doesn't deserve that
