The worst of the worst just hanging around doing nothing for a free paycheck
I would like to express my discomfort with this branch I was told I needed an appointment when there was no option to do so online for this specific branch. There were close to nobody in the bank. Supposedly only 1 banker at the branch, but 5 people at the front ? Doesn't make much sense.
TERRIBLE SERVICIO, CADA VEZ PEOR. LA NUEVA MANAGER HASTA SE RIE DE LAS QUEJAS QUE DAMOS COMO CLIENTES. TE HACEN ESPERAR BASTANTE TIEMPO Y NO TE DIRIGEN LA PALABRA PARA NADA. DEBERIAN CERRAR ESTA SUCURSAL.
