Bashar is one of the best and most caring representatives at Citi Bank. He took the time to help me with my account and spent a full hour resolving my issue with customer service. His patience and professionalism made a big difference. I definitely recommend him!
Don't come in on Saturday. They are intent on doing as lite work as possible.
