Bashar is an absolute angel and one of the most helpful bankers I have ever met! I came in to open two new accounts, and even though he had another appointment starting in just 10 minutes, he kindly squeezed me in and worked incredibly hard to complete everything in time. Great experience I always had great experience at this branch. The bankers are very helpful, professional and courteous. They are just amazing Recently I went to ask a copy of a few cashier checks that I already paid. The banker Viji hopefully I have the right spelling of her name was so sweet and took her time and patiently went through the process and provided what I requested. I was looking for a Heloc and tried them out because they didn't keep me on hold very long and actually picked up the phone. They were nice and effcient which was a welcome change from Bank of American and Wells Fargo. The loan lady was helpful and the guy on the phone who helped set up the loan Jordan were great. I ended up not having to get the loan because another source of funding came through but I will defintely keep them in mind for future banking needs.
