The available balance is not included when I export a CSV or TXT file from my checking account online. When I display the data over a custom range instead of just the last 30 days, the available balance is not even displayed. Sadly, these unbelievable oversights are typical of Citibank. How are you a bank and do not take cash to make a credit card payment for your own company card. That is the stupidest thing I ever heard.
I come here all the time to use the drive thru ATM and half the time it “can’t dispense cash right now”. According to google and apple maps, it’s 24 hrs. So why can’t I use it at random times during the week? The point of an ATM is to withdraw cash. Kinda defeats the purpose of an ATM if I can’t withdraw cash. It’s very frustrating.
