I come here all the time to use the drive thru ATM and half the time it “can’t dispense cash right now”. According to google and apple maps, it’s 24 hrs. So why can’t I use it at random times during the week? The point of an ATM is to withdraw cash. Kinda defeats the purpose of an ATM if I can’t withdraw cash. It’s very frustrating.
How are you a bank and do not take cash to make a credit card payment. That is the stupidest thing I ever heard.
I'm fine with this branch, but after over 20 years with Citibank, I really hate Citibank. They spam me and will not stop, I have to drive 20 minutes to deposit a check, their online check deposit doesn't work, their Internet banking has many bugs, and it's difficult to get meaningful help without calling someone specifically at my branch. The only reason I haven't changed is because I don't want to go to the trouble. I know Fidelity is better. I would not recommend Citibank to an enemy.
Why cant someone pick up the phone ? The calls are transferred all the time. Its ridiculous
I'm a long time customer and love Citibank! The newest ATMs and great products and services. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent service. The technology is very good.
