If you have problems with your business accounts DO NOT go to this branch. They paired me with an Indian lady who didn’t know anything about how to solve problems except she calls around other branches for help and advice. Waste of time.
Terrible customer service. Went in to set up a 401k IRA account and the Chinese lady’s attitude was so horrible that we decided to go with boa. Very discriminatory against ppl who do not have much in their 401k. They only have money in their eyes! This was 3 years ago I hope that lady no longer work there!

I went to the bank for the monthly charge for the business account we had. We decided to close the account, but Mrs. Suzanne Bui(Branch Manager), patiently explained to us that this charge is due to the deficit in our account balance, and we were fully justified. Not only did we keep the account open, but we want to transfer money from our other bank to this branch in the future. I also thank her colleagues for their responsibility. Iraj
