Edited to downgrade my review. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience with a bank. Overcharged/excessive fees for services that don’t work. Wasted numerous hours with them to no avail. Each time it’s something else. Been a customer for several years and after establishing new accounts, the problems persist. It’s no longer a good branch for my small business. There was also a change in management, a downgrade in my opinion.
If there was ever an example of incompetence from the board room to the stock room, Citi Bank would be it.
Wonderful staff
Tried to set up accounts to manage my small nonprofit through this location and received inaccurate information from their Retail Business Banker. I tried to work through those issues directly with the Business Banker but he had no patience and seemingly no desire to see the issues resolved. He was pretty unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.
