I don't normally write reviews but they did their job very poorly. I wanted to close ONE of my accounts and it stated that night that it was closed. About 5 days later, it's back open and overdrawn by $400??? They keep telling me it was because of pending transactions. I do not have any overdraft plans on my account and the balance was $0 when closing it. Not sure what they're trying to do here but BEWARE. It seems like scheme. I initially wrote a review complaining about a wrong rate applied which really bothered me. Citibank reached out to me and fixed the issue. Thank goodness! Now I like them again
Do not do any banking there, especially larger sums/investments. Go to another branch. The branch manager at Eastern Market made a mistake and applied a wrong rate. It was clearly her mistake. It is costing me $1500. It’s just beyond belief.
