Incredibly incompetent, do not recommend. Small business customer here, and had unending hassles until I finally closed my accounts. A few of the issues: (1) it took several visits to get things set up because the office didn't have the right staff there. (2) I never received my new account opening $500 bonus after 1.5 years of back and forths, unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, unreturned voicemails, multiple rounds of paperwork submitted and still not processed correctly. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable customer service I received at your branch when attempting to open a new bank account. I arrived at the branch to set up an account. Upon arrival, staff told me I would only need to wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes. In the end, I waited for one hour and fifteen minutes. I arrived earlier than another female customer. Obei Sesay was amazing! Quick service, efficient and I even got a bottle of water. I have to say one of the best service I have received!
Not about this branch specifically, but about how the bank builds customer relationships. It’s hard to understand why they think they’re so special. I don’t know how else to explain why it takes a week to process a checking account application and a month and a half for a credit card application. After this experience, I’d rather entrust my money to banks that are more responsive and attentive.
