I met Marcelo on Thursday. He was so helpful and patient. Citibank benefits from managers like Marcelo. He is doing a great job at the branch.
Today I had an issue occur that was impossible to fix. Marcelo, the branch manager had to leave early but he stayed for me and spoke to me and provided out of the box solution to my issue. He went out of his way and was so kind. I bank with many banks and this move alone made me want to make Citi my go to. Such professionalism and friendliness.
