This bank seems very incompetent. I drove 50 minutes to cash a check. A government issued ID is required which I brought my Military ID which is a valid government issued ID. I use it at the airport and I use it at any other bank. Obviously they have never seen a military ID which is not really my problem. This bank alleges I cannot use it there, if this is the case then it needs to be broadcasted on the site and save everyone time. Then asking 1,000 questions before cashing a check, which I’ve never experienced before.
