I couldn’t tell you this lady name because she didn’t have a badge on, but I’ll never come here again. I’ve never been to a bank where they pulled out a book from the FILE CABINET to verify my ID matched from the state it was issued. My name is on my account, so I don’t know what more you need to see for ID. Then she yelling my damn address and withdrawal amount all loud. I am so sick of citi bank.

I just opened a new account and was having trouble. I came in on a Saturday and the teller did not want to let me speak to a banker. I waited until a banker would speak to me. I had wired money directly from my bank and the deposit had posted but the money was not available. The banker told me, they can't release any of the five figure deposit that had posted. Me he quejando de la cajera Jasmin varias veces por su mala actitud a mi persona y otras ancianas que yo he visto como las trata de mal,parece es familiar de alguien importante ya que no la despiden del trabajo.de igual el manejador es déspota y no le importa las quejas de una. I was here the other day and I seen one of the bank tellers being really nasty with a customer. Literally a little elder lady. I got to hear another worker saying that the bank tellers name was Jasmine. For being a small branch your workers should be more respectful because I always see a lot of familiar faces so that tells you a lot of these customers have been here for a long time.
