I don’t know why all the bad reviews , maybe I can’t say too much but I’ve been here once and the one time I’ve been here they were all super friendly . I do agree opening at 10am is too late . Update the staff is always friendly I started coming regularly maybe just be nice to them and don’t get mad at them for citie bank’s policy

Over the last two weeks I’ve had an abysmal time trying to get connected with a representative to figure out what’s going on with my account. It has become aware to me that there is almost no one actually working for city to help customers who don’t live within close proximity to a branch. However, today I got in contact with a a young lady, who is an associate of this branch and she was so helpful in helping me move along to the path of resolving my account issues. I couldn’t tell you this lady name because she didn’t have a badge on, but I’ll never come here again. I’ve never been to a bank where they pulled out a book from the FILE CABINET to verify my ID matched from the state it was issued. My name is on my account, so I don’t know what more you need to see for ID. Then she yelling my damn address and withdrawal amount all loud. I am so sick of citi bank.
