Terrible bank, employees are poorly trained and very careless about customer account. Customer Service in the branch and over the phone are horrible. They lie to lure customers and then tell you they didn't realize they made a mistake

I don’t know why all the bad reviews , maybe I can’t say too much but I’ve been here once and the one time I’ve been here they were all super friendly . I do agree opening at 10am is too late . Update the staff is always friendly I started coming regularly maybe just be nice to them and don’t get mad at them for citie bank’s policy
