They’re terrible. They just sit and close doors to earn hourly wages without helping the clients. Except for the friendly banker sitting at the front, the Caucasian guy with long hair, who is the nicest one.
Worst bank ever the manager really rude there 🏧 had my cash and doesn’t reflect my balance on my account now I can’t pay my bills then the manager Andy H.lee being rude as hell doesn’t understand my frustration.
I was having issues with signing into my mobile app, customer service was no help. Daniel Macrini, the personal banker here, was absolutely amazing. Incredibly polite and willing to go above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be returning to this location because of the help I recieved from him today. Thank you again Daniel!
