The worst customer service No one greets you no one asks if you need assistance I would understand if the bank was busy but no one was there and it makes sense
I wish I had read the bad reviews before coming to this bank, really bad customer service, they are playing with people’s time and looks like they actually don’t want new costumers
I don't like to write bad reviews! But I ate when people played with my time! I scheduled an appointment to open an account, I drove 40 minutes to get there, and they canceled my appointment because "Juan was sick from 2 days." Nobody calls me! They sended an email one hour and a half before the appointment where saw only after I got there! They offer to reschedule the appointment for Monday ( where I could schedule by myself in 30 seconds online)
