Slowest most disorganized bank I’ve been to. There will be employees behind the counter watching the line grow and they won’t take you. They’ll just be looking busy or walking around. There is one… maybe MAYBE 2 assistant bankers that work on the outside. There slow, but kind. They’re disorganized, but get what you want done. This review should help them figure out a system of efficiency.
If I could give negative stars I would. How do you call yourself a bank and not accept a cash payment for your own credit card!! Drove out of the way to make a payment and they wouldn’t take my payment even with my card and driver’s license. They said I could pay at the atm, but would have to call customer service to set up my pin. Guess what…customer service was not available to setup my PIN number. Overall awful process. Chase by far has the best banking system. Avoid Citibank if possible.

Usually we have a good experience but on my latest visit the teller was not kind. Sorry for all of the other personnel who are nice. I felt disrespected and dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate that one individual acts in such a manner. Citi please do better.
