This was a nice checking account opening experience! Everyone in the branch is really energetic with passion (they keep greeting every single customers once they steps into the bank) and being really helpful. My banker Milena really tried her best to help me setup my account considering the massive amount of paper work the bank required for that and she did managed to tackle all the issues and difficulties and finish the opening efficiently! Very rude.. The employee had time to help us out and decided not to help us. Mind you there were two employees. If they really want to satisfy clients they would do it. 2 employees and no people waiting. Didn't even ask if we wanted to make an appointment, just told us it was close to closing time. Now, I'm not writing about this particular bank location but I'm writing for CITIBANK. Be careful for the stores that have citibank. Just spoke to a supervisor because we have an open credit account with homedepot through citibank. Was just told that citibank is charging us and getting $52 of INTEREST towards our payments and ONLY $17 towards our homedepot balance. This is ridiculous! Be careful with CITIBANK guys! Seriously!

Came to bank to cash a Citi check, the 2 checks were for $225, but they refused to cash the checks and were forcing me to open an account. That’s some unethical behavior and business practices to force open an account.
