Beaware. Scammers are using this address and phone number to impersonate Citibank employees. Recived a call from this number, who claimed to be employees working for the Citibank security department. While I dont even have a credit Citibank card. Called the real Citibank custmoer service to confirm the scam.

After being a new customer for 4 months, I have not been impressed with the overall quality and experience with CITI Bank. While the people at the branch are friendly and professional, they seem to have trouble fulfilling basic services in the actually branch office (e.g., processing transfers, ordering debit card).
