Terrible. Long waits, short staff, biased treatment, just go somewhere else if need efficiency.
I never go to this one again they lie about when my check was gone be ready they dont answer the phone make me really want to change banks they need to get all new people because they poor in customer service skills 😒

Perla was amazing! She handles our wire transfer seamlessly. Watching her do everything while still supporting her coworker's questions showed us that she wears a lot of hats and is most likely underpaid for everything she does!
