Unbelievably slow and inefficient… with no concern about people’s time.
I needed to write this review today. I just left the bank a few minutes ago. I had a great experience with two of your best employees. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Mr. KT Henry & Ms. Missaghi. I was very pleased with their superb customer service. Thank you both so much for brightening up my morning!
Great service from Bryce Wilson - best follow up to open an estate account for me. Called me multiple times to give me updates on the process. Very rare to get this level of personal follow up from any bank (or other business) these days!
Kudos to this bank for allowing anyone to park overnight behind the bank! This saves me about $100 I otherwise would have to pay!!
