I pulled cash out of the ATM here and got 2 torn bills that were taped together. Banks are required to pull damaged bills out of circulation so why is the ATM being stocked with torn bills? I went into the branch to have them exchanged with good bills. I spoke with Sedra Freidon who refused to exchange the bills saying that I had to open a checking account with the bank to have them exchanged despite me being a credit card holder with Citi and the bills coming from the banks own ATM . Extremely poor experience with Myrna Nasser, interaction lacked fairness and accuracy. Communicated inconsistently and situation was handled careless and with lack in effort. Poor attention and cooperative. Most disappointing unprofessional interaction that I had with any bank representative.
Unbelievably slow and inefficient… with no concern about people’s time.
