Extremely poor experience with Myrna Nasser, interaction lacked fairness and accuracy. Communicated inconsistently and situation was handled careless and with lack in effort. Poor attention and cooperative. Most disappointing unprofessional interaction that I had with any bank representative.
Unbelievably slow and inefficient… with no concern about people’s time.
I needed to write this review today. I just left the bank a few minutes ago. I had a great experience with two of your best employees.
