Great Bank! The Tellers are the best!
I've honestly been to a lot of banks in my time but the experience that I received from the gentleman named Nate was amazing. Very friendly and professional made me feel like a valued member of the branch.
I have always had super service at this branch. I have been banking with Citi for over 20 years and the service is uneven - beginning in New York City in their private bank group. BUT this particular branch is usually well managed (managers are changed regularly as they get promoted), low staff turn over so they are familiar with you. They greet you and you feel welcomed.
