So bad the bank , I opened a 9-month CD on Aug 18, 2025, so the maturity date should have been May 18, 2026. However, the bank told me it matured on Aug 11 and automatically renewed it into another 9-month CD without clearly notifying me. I was very disappointed by the confusing information and the unprofessional attitude from the staff member, who blamed me instead of helping solve the issue. Customers deserve clear communication and respect when handling their money.

I've honestly been to a lot of banks in my time but the experience that I received from the gentleman named Nate was amazing. Very friendly and professional made me feel like a valued member of the branch.
