This rating 5 is to the in person dealing with staff, otherwise overall citibank has become shitibank due to their phone system and by phone customer service, closer of several branches and their in branch hours according to their own ease and convenient not in consideration of customers needs. Phone automated system will not help much, you provide your personal information multiple times and call ends up to live person offshore and you ultimately after spending hours end up in same call pool for another round of frustration... read more
