I opened an account because of a promotional bonus, but I never received the bonus. I came to the bank more than 10 times to ask for help and was repeatedly told to wait and that someone would call me. Nine months have now passed, and I still have not received the bonus or a clear explanation of what happened. Very good service and assistance! The staff always on the floor to greet and talk to waiting customers, to make sure the request is received and on the way to assist. Great location and great service.
Worst customer service ever from LISA !!! I had a very disappointing experience with LISA at Citi Bank today. Unfortunately, I found her service to be careless, unresponsive, and disrespectful of my time. I spent more than 2hrs trying to resolve my issue with her, yet nothing was resolved.
