The experience was disappointing. The representative refused to honor a promotion simply because he was unaware of it. He then challenged me, saying, "Show it to me, I can guarantee you it does not exist." After showing the promo he asked for my phone - I guess he still didnt belive me. All he had to do was look online.
Great service. Friendly staffs and manager. Inviting environment. Everyone cares about their clients. I would like to recognise one employee for his exceptional service, Mr Jesse GOMEZ. He is really reliable.He always gets back to me when I call. He always keeps me updated about what’s new , or any changes to my account. As clients, we are lucky to have him as our contact. Mr GOMEZ is always professional, efficient, and caring . He is a great asset to CITI.
This bank put me in a big problem about my IRA CD And after few months following they said sorry , and now I have to amend my tax 2025 all over again and they waste my time and my money. Employee and manager doesn’t care about it
