The atm outside it's always out of service
slow
Very unprofessional and not a very welcoming branch. The banker Diana didn't even bother to offer me to take a seat, and I was the one who asked her if I could take a seat. She was very rude and the way she responded my question. Like she was having a bad day. I was so close to closing my account right there and then. Lol, maybe I should.
The banker is unprofessional at all. Not kind and his explanation was useless. I believe he does not have enough knowledge.
