Very unprofessional and not a very welcoming branch. The banker Diana didn't even bother to offer me to take a seat, and I was the one who asked her if I could take a seat. She was very rude and the way she responded my question. Like she was having a bad day. I was so close to closing my account right there and then. Lol, maybe I should.
The banker is unprofessional at all. Not kind and his explanation was useless. I believe he does not have enough knowledge.

Worst Citi Bank , ofc I’m a Citi bank member and not to long I walked in there and I wait 35 mins . The teller was clueless! And was allowing someone else to go in front of me ! I went in to change quarters something fast, after I told her I was there first and she kept insisting, I gave her the 20 to change she looked like she didn’t want to serve me anymore saying I need my bank card and she couldn’t do it without it I’ve been there plenty of times to where I know they do it without a card when the money is in hand but the... read more
It’s not a very welcoming branch. Some of the staff are passive aggressive for no reason and very fake like the teller that assist me. There’s only one lady who’s nice who’s probably the manager.
