The staff at this branch continues to be extremely helpful to me.
Unprofessional and disgusting customer service. I am completely changing banks after my experience here. After sending me on a wild goosechase across the city, and only for me to return to this bank and a middle aged lady greeter thing to tell me that I couldn't even speak to a teller. She just turned around turn and walked away on her little cankles. Not even a "Goodbye" or "Have a nice day," honestly, I'd prefer her to at least spit on my shoe than what she did.
