On 9/23/14 I pulled into this Citgo (dealer #15863075) with my two children (6 years old & 10 months) to put some gas into my car. I went paid for $10 worth using my visa debit and exited the building. Went out to my car it wouldn't start back up so I went back inside put another $3 in, this time cash (no receipt given) thinking okay maybe I was extra low on fuel. Still wouldn't start.
