I drove 2 hours to buy a $1400.00 pressure washer from them. The 1st time it was used it lasted for less than 30 minutes. I understand stuff comes from the factory defective but they wouldn't even stay past 4:00 just 10 or 15 minutes so I could drop it off. It seems like all they care about is sales not the service after the sale. Then after it was fixed they didn't even want to help load it. Im a business owner and you don't treat customers that way. I will not be returning my business there!!!!!

The pressure washer had a part with a manufacturer's defect. A new part was installed at no charge. We regret the inconvenience of the warranty issue and hope for the opportunity to serve you in the future.
