Natalie and her team were absolutely wonderful. We were able to view several houses before finding the right one. Natalie kept us up to date with the offer, inspections, handled our entire mortgage application and kept us up to date on any changes. This was the easiest house buying experience we have ever had! She even sends emails afterwards with helpful tips in home ownership. Highly recommend Natalie and her team!

Unprofessional. I toured a property where no one had any details on anything. There was no spec sheet or information sheet. There was no sellers disclosure. I emailed several questions to the point of contact that I had. The real estate doesn't know the owner, and said that I should look up all of my questions on the council website. The lack of interested in getting questions answered is astounding. On the phone, Natalie tried to laugh her way out of everything.
