Horrible customer service! I unfortunately have the displeasure of having a unit at this location. The place is overpriced! 1 elevator which breaks down a lot! No restroom or trash bins! And access is cut off at 10pm! $200 est a month is not worth it, it should be more like $135! I’ve been a customer for 2yrs and lost my key and they charged me to cut it off! The young man was very polite and very kind. I really recommend this business
So far, so good! A big thanks to Nate for helping me get set up with a unit. The facility is super clean, well-lit, and seemingly secure. I haven't had the unit long, but I'm confident it will continue to be a great experience moving forward. I was concerned that my kayak wouldn't fit in the elevator, but it did!
