Edit: I was advised that because I had been in the unit for over a yr, I received an increase. So just know that the rate they give you upon signing will change after a yr. They don't tell you this upfront. And go figure it is 2025, and they had another rate increase, so that is 2 rate increases after saying they never had a rate increase. I received a letter today (2024) that my rate was increasing by $6.00, after 15 mos. The letter said certain units.? Why would certain units have an increase and not everyone?
