Wow! So impressed with this entire Amazing Citadel & Waterproofing Team! From the the office to the roofing crew ! 🤩🤩. My hubby and I came home to a leaking roof in the dining room. Of course , this was on the weekend so we navigated the leak as best as we could. Monday am we had Justin a PM pop by to repair the roof. The following week the materials were delivered and Citadel crew began to re-shingled the entire roof. We had a leak, they came to our house and promptly repaired the situation. All aspects of our interaction with Citadel Roofing were EXCELLENT including the initial contact, prompt scheduling, repairing the roof, and follow-up with an inspection report. A job WELL DONE and much appreciated.
