The two Jeffs and their crew replaced my gutters and the rotten boards behind them. Also installed gutter guards and rerouted a downspout. Everything I asked for done on time and for a much better price than others I checked.

We hired Citadel Roofing and Restoration to refinish the hardwood floors in our home. What a disappointment! The crew sent to sand the floors did not finish the first day and were told to go elsewhere the next day. They apologized as they left at the end of the day. This was the beginning of what was to become absolutely terrible prep. The person responsible to finish the sanding did an acceptable job on the main floor, but the floor in the master bath was terrible. I took advantage of the free roofing inspection service that Citadel Roof and Restoration offers because I knew I had a small leak over my roof extension, but I couldn't locate the dang thing. These guys took one look at the "evidence" and pinned down my problem in about 20 minutes. They were able to squeeze in my repair 2 days later and voila! I now have ZERO LEAKS. Citadel Roof and Restoration easily deserves this 5 star review. :))
