Making sure to add to the list of normal review complaints. Their performance is unacceptable. They do not answer their phone or return calls... for 7+ years of trying. Imagine your own employer letting you do that, NOPE.
This is the worst property management group I have ever used in over 20 years of owning businesses with property management companies attached. I have tickets open for months with no communication. This is UNACCEPTABLE...
These people never call you back or respond to email requests. Even the operator prompt on their phone disconnects you. Totally frustrated dealing with them.
