Called the Big guy first - what a mistake. Called Citadel to look at problem and they fixed it right the first time and were less money. Arrived on time and fixed our problem in less than 2 hours. All this after the other guy showed up over an hour late and charged almost twice as much and would not return to correct problems. HIGHLY recommend. - Rhonda, Jamestown.
This company is prompt and the technicians are polite. I had them come and clean my furnace. The tech was very informative and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and I was very satisified.
