This is what's happening here where I live. this harassment needs to stop. This is threatening, Intimidating, and Abusive. A New president of association, I don't know this guy, blocked my car in the night in the, parking lot with his car at 9:30 pm, cause he wants to talk now, then yells out the window "Do you think you're above the rules?"
