Living at Citadel Apartments at MedCenter is a great experience for my family. The community is very family-friendly, and we always feel safe and comfortable here. Cristy in the office is incredibly helpful, always kind, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. Maintenance is also very prompt and professional—they get things done right away, which we really appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend Citadel Apartments for anyone looking for a safe, welcoming place to call home!

Cristy was amazing! I had a lot of questions and no matter how many times I called, she was always helpful! I’m making the move from Louisiana to Houston and it’s stressful, but Cristy has made this one part of the move an easy transition. Looking forward to moving and living here!
