Called and asked if they could simply pop the plastic cover off where the OBD port is on a rental from a different KW and the woman in service that I spoke to insisted that I wait in line of service orders and that they would replace it, not just open it so I could plug my ELD in. Would NEVER suggest this KW dealer for service. Definitely not willing to work with you when you’re out on the road. Would NOT suggest.
