Charged 3hrs for bad air compressor diag on my box truck. I’ve utilized the services of this location quite a few times. They do alright for warranty work but their communication is poor and their billing practices are insane. Quoted 14 hrs ($5,400+) for the air compressor and got a competing bid for 6.5hrs. I went to pick up the truck from CIT to take to their competitor down the road and that’s when they had to work up the 3hr diag bill just to get something from me. Very friendly
Very friendly people, very poor communication. Saying things without including necessary details. Found out they were done with my truck when I went to grab things out of it, because I'd booked a hotel room. Wasted that money.. Seemed relatively efficient otherwise. They put my keys on the wall where they were suppose to be, and couldn't find them. Seen them do it with someone else's too.. kind of funny.
