Took both our dump trucks here many times for service and repairs. Ryan Smith took good care of us. Called beforehand and talked to Ryan, he made sure we were in and out back to the job sites. Appreciate CIT of Fenton especially Ryan!!
Ahhhhhh. Where do I even begin. Whenever you first start working here, there is a big honeymoon phase and it seems great and amazing place to work at, but don’t get me wrong as soon as they change management. It will be a good place to work at. If you’re going to be a delivery driver please make sure you don’t have a family or any after work duties because I can promise yall, you will not see them nor be able to do anything due to the fact some days you could get off at your normal scheduled time anywhere from 330pm-5pm. Called and asked if they could simply pop the plastic cover off where the OBD port is on a rental from a different KW and the woman in service that I spoke to insisted that I wait in line of service orders and that they would replace it, not just open it so I could plug my ELD in. Would NEVER suggest this KW dealer for service. Definitely not willing to work with you when you’re out on the road. Would NOT suggest.
