Quick unloading
I would like to thank Chris the shop foreman. He went above and beyond for us. We had to be towed into cit not only did they put us in a bay as soon as we got there, they went to work on us as soon as the wrecker unhooked us. John the night shop foreman was excellent let us know fairly quickly that it would be next day before we would be ready and gave us a ride to motel. Sure wish all Volvo/ KW shops handled customer service and One man show o/o like the way these guy's do. Thanks CIT everyone was awesome.
