What a great experience! Patrick and Jonny were so thorough in their explanations when I came in looking for a bike to tow my kids' trailer. There was no sales pressure, just all around education to make sure I was getting something that would suit my needs!
Jonny and his team are outstanding! The patience in answering all my questions made picking the best quality bike for my commutes effortless and enjoyable. I've had zero issues with them, and I couldn’t recommend them more!
Staff member who answered the phone was very unpleasant to speak to when I contacted him to address a mechanical concern I have related to a type of bike they do not work on. Because of this interaction I will not be purchasing my new e-bike through them.
Bought my bike a year ago with Jonny & Pat and I have to say: I would do it over & over again. Both of them are so knowledgeable & didn’t push me to buy a bike. Loved the experience & costumer care. 10/10 thank you
