They did a great job setting up my e-bicycle - 6 months later and it is still working great. On initial purchase, they took the time to talk about the various features on the bike and answer all my questions. They were able to schedule service when requested.
Pat and Jonnie went above and beyond to get my Aventon EBike ready for me in time to take it on vacation to Kelowna. They have a huge inventory, answered all questions and made the entire experience of the purchase easy. I will be recommending them to all who are wanting an e-bike.
Great customer service, no pressure sales and very knowledgable staff. After a lengthy test ride, my wife and I rode away with two new Husqvarna E-bikes.
Incredible service! The bike I wanted was at another store, and Patrick got it in and ready for me faster than I ever would have imagined. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and happy, and was accommodating of my needs/questions. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Oh also the bike is amazing and exactly what I was looking for!
