My wife and I took our ZEN e-bikes in for repairs to the Enviolo system on my bike and other small irritating issues on both. Patrick is an excellent listener and was very accommodating when we asked to bring the bikes in a day early due to weather. Excellent job. My bike is running better now than when new.
Extremely rude and no business ethics, they are just after a quick buck. James is horrible.
