Nice and quiet at the time. Tried a few shops searching for an Electric Bike. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Very convenient location for me.
Great service. The bike I wanted wasn't in stock and Cit-E Cycles was able to find it at another store and order it for me. When I later had a warranty issue, they handled everything--I didn't have to fill out a single form.
Jamie is very knowledgeable about all the bikes and gave no-nonsense, helpful advice in helping me choose the bike best suited for me. There was no pressure. I highly recommend going here for your next e-bike purchase.

He took the time to explain the difference between cadence and turbo, handle bar styles, batteries and the bike in general. I don't have much experience with the service side of the shop, but have had a great sales experience. Jamie is very knowledgeable about his products, and super friendly. No high-pressure sales tactics, just accurate information and good advice.
