Bought an e-bike from here, Aventon Adventure 3, did my own research before I went in, the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and confirmed what I had researched. Had the bike for one week now and have 0 regrets. Go to this store and enjoy the experience!
Walked in, looking to buy a seat component for a bike I bought elsewhere. The owner was super helpful - took my over-torqued seat post apart in and instant, showed me how it works and wouldn’t take anything for it, saying ‘no charge, comfort is priceless.’ That kind of service is priceless, too.
Jamie was super knowledgeable and so lovely to work with on the purchase of my husband’s e-bike! He really knew his products and understood our specific needs! We would not hesitate to recommend him and cit-e cycles to anyone looking for an e-bike in the Victoria area! Thanks
I recently had a wonderful experience here buying an e-bike for the first time. This shop was the first one I visited of about 6, and I ended up coming back here to buy a bike. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the details of each bike based off of what I was looking for. He even took the extra time to tailor parts of the bike for me before I walked out with my bike. Thank you for your time and high quality customer service!
