Ritchka, the hygienist, was amazing, answered all of my questions, was super helpful and really knows how to make you feel at ease, the receptionist was super helpful as well, best service i ever got at a dentist
I called to ask if I could start a dental procedure since my regular clinic is closed until August. The person who answered said their offices were closed too, yet still took the call. I explained that I just needed to get started even just a check-up or something to begin the process but she said they had nothing available and didn’t offer any kind of help. It felt dismissive and like they weren’t interested in assisting at all. Not a good first impression.
