My treatment @ CIT has been stellar. I have been a patient for over 1.5 years. Before finding CIT, I have been in different clinics doing ketamine infusions, including at the VA. It’s really uncomfortable to be in a ketamine infusion with just a curtain separating you from the other person at the VA. The environment at CIT for the infusion is very calming, and the privacy to heal but still having communication and assistance by the clinical trauma informed staff is exceptional. Walking into CIT felt like a breath of calm after a very stressful day. The soft music calms you while the wonderful people working there check in with you with soft voices and understanding responses. It was unlike any clinic I’ve ever been to, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to try the treatments they offer!
Oli , Jennifer & Jill were excellent in the care they provided on my wife's Ketamine treatment . There were compassionate in their care. The reason I did not rate 5 stars - their clinic was expensive at $ 790 for an unguided session . Other clinics in the Bay Area with very good reviews charge $ 600 to $ 650 per session - They should emphasize upfront that there data and national data shows 15 % of patients show no improvement . I’ve made so much progress since starting my journey with CIT Clinics. The entire staff is incredibly supportive, understanding, and kind. Doing the coaching with Oli has been life changing.
Highly disappointed to say the least. Initially I was very satisfied with my treatment and staff. However, their lack of integrity and the way things were handled was highly unprofessional and very upsetting. I was terminated 24 hours before my next infusion was scheduled via email. If you’re going to dismiss a client there are legal guidelines that need to be met and in this case they were not. I do not recommend any of CIT’s facilities. If you’re considering for mental health reasons, stay far away.
