I have been going to this shop for many years. They listen to my needs. After a couple of braids, they ensure that I want them to continue or if I want a different braid (thinker, thinner, longer, shorter). My hair has been natural (no perm, curl, or any chemicals) for over 20 years due to my sensitive scalp. When told to avoid my edges, they do so. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR BEAUTIFUL NATURAL HAIR TO THIS TORTUre.....I'm serious!!! I cannot begin to explain how or why anyone would put their hair in a position to fall out, because that is precisely what will happen if you allow this salon to braid your hair. 1st I consistently said it's too tight she continued to braid it tighter.
