BEWARE!!!! Cisse was recommended to me, and therefore I had blind trust in his work and capabilities. He not only ruined parts of my house during the initial phases, but he also took my money and never completed the work. He has houses listed on his website that he did not build. Ask him to show you start to finish on the houses listed on his website and I guarantee you he will not be able to. Many of those pics have come from Zillow listings. Stay away from him!!
