We have used Cisneros Locksmiths twice now. Once when I was locked out of my car - He responded quickly and his prices were reasonable. He was kind and respectful as well. So we used Cisneros Locksmith again- this time we re-keyed all of our doors. We cannot speak highly enough of him. Quick, excellent communication and excellent work. Unusual in companies these days!
Locked keys in car, arrived within 20 mins and took less than a minute to open. Very fast and professional!
Locked my keys in the car at 10:30 pm. Answered the phone quickly. He had one person ahead of me on the other side of town (at least 20 min away) and he was able to come unlock my 2013 vehicle in under 5 minutes. Offered to make me a spare key free of charge. All in all I was inside within the hour.
They were extremely helpful, kind, and extremely professional! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!
Fixed my car in 20 minutes. Also went above and beyond to repair another issue ive been having with my key as a courtesy without even asking him to do so!! Highly recommend. Does the work fast, goes to you and has awesome customer service skills. Love it.
Roger from Cisneros Locksmith was terrific! Had my lock working within 15 minutes and even worked on my gate so that the lock would operate properly. He also gave me tips on how to keep my lock in good working condition. They are sometimes really busy (that's what happens when you do excellent work), so if they don't get back to you right away, be patient - they are worth the wait!
Awesome company. Locked ourselves out of our house super late and Roger came out right away, worked quickly and even cut us a spare key!
